The Vortex is a single-dose grinder with 64mm flat burrs and stepless adjustment. You weigh your beans, drop them in, and grind directly into your portafilter or dosing cup — there's no hopper and near-zero retention, so every dose is fresh and the beans in the machine never go stale.
