BrewCraft Lever

The Lever is a spring-piston machine: you pull the lever down to charge a spring, and the spring drives water through the puck as it releases. There is no electric pump. This gives a natural declining pressure profile and gentle pre-infusion, which many drinkers find produces a sweeter, more forgiving shot.
