Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 ship at a $8 flat rate.
• Orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
• We currently ship within the United States only. This is a demo shop, so international delivery is not available.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns

• Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be unused and complete. Used grinders and machines that have brewed or ground coffee cannot be returned as new.
• Start a return from your order confirmation email, and we will send return instructions.

Consumable items such as Cleaning Tablets and Descaling Solution are only returnable if unopened.

Warranty

Defective items are replaced free of charge, including return shipping, for the duration of their warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear from normal use or damage from neglected descaling.
